Mr V Grové is the CEO for VLG Accounting and Advisory
Mr V Grové is a qualified accountant with 8 years auditing experience. He also has 15 years experience in the commercial poultry farming industry. Mr V Grové has been actively involved in all aspects of poultry farming (eggs) since 1997 and has managed (financial, marketing and pack house management) a poultry business with 460 000 layer capacity and hundred million turnover per year as well as a food safe accredited fruit and vegetable pack house enterprise as turn around strategist supplying the formal market in excess of seven hundred million rand turnover per year. Since 2013 Mr V Grové as a Social Value Practitioner has designed and developed the various Socio-economic VALUE and CSI IMPACT programmes of VLG Accounting based on his formal qualifications and extended experience in commercial businesses and socio-economic development programmes.
